The polyurethane membrane system is a monolithic highly impermeable membrane system that combines flexibility and durability in one unique product. Basically, is cold applied that cures within 24 hours to a tough, virtually, unbreathable membrane over most surface suitable for broad range industrial, commercial and residential uses. Our products are designed to be applied in roofing, building, waterproofing flooring, decks, pavements, chemical containment, water reservoirs, corrosion protection, waste water treatment, potable water, oxidation tanks, reclaimed water tank, industrial plants, ice and chilled water storage among others.
Our systems, are cold applied (by spray, squeegee, or roller), high-solids liquids that cure to a durable, flexible, UV resistant, seamless, impermeable barrier to water and most aqueous agents. This modified polyurethane product may be applied in range of thickness to permanently bond to any properly prepared surface. The products are used with or without reinforcement (retro-fit SCRIM) with a variety of topcoats. Our membranes have been successfully applied for over 40 years, are U.L. approved and meet stringent California VOC and NSF 61 (Potable Water) criteria. Our products and services have been used for historic preservation in museums and structures that are over 200 years old.
